The RanchoRocket project emerged in September 2012 as a tool for graphic agitation, using digital collage as the closest language to the sound "sampler" that traditional analog cut and paste.

RanchoRocket develop an uncomfortable, insolent, irreverent work, hence the concept of "Graphic Agitator". An attempt to make the viewer react, offering pieces that handle icons and characters that we all know but decontextualizing them and mixing them with other elements and situations. The pieces become a visual "mashup" where the provocation and sense of humor are used as tools to get the viewer's attention. Stopping the look we discover that the message we see in the work is less kind and more murky than it appeared.

RanchoRocket is a reflection on appearances, and how behind the visible there always hides a dark and turbid side, the side of desires.
